Garfield Military Training Center (CJAG). The base bid will consist of approximately 6550 linear feet with fourteen alternate options of approximately 1000 linear feet of fence each. This project will need to begin no later than 30 September, 2022 and be completed by 29 September, 2023. A period of 365 days. The project site is located on the Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Site (CJAGJMTC), 8451 State Route 5 Ravenna, Ohio 44266. The Base Bid work begins at approximately Military Coordinates 84050-60200. This solicitation is a Service Disabled Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 238990 Small Business Size Standard $16,500,000: Magnitude between $5,000,000 and 10,000,000 The award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest price technically acceptable in accordance with the criteria set forth in the SOW. The existing fence has been in place since the construction of the Base circa 1940. The new fence will meet current Military Standards. The area within 10 feet of the fence will be cleared for maintenance and security requirement. Antiterrorism Measures are to be included in accordance with the DOD Minimum Antiterrorism for building standards.
