The OHARNG has a requirement to issue a firm fixed price contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to perform demolition of Building 1035 Former Maintenance Shop. Alternate Options include Building AA151 TTB and Building AC162 TTB Barracks, Trailer C0167 and C0450. Work activities shall include but is not limited to properly removing and disposing of all structures, abatement and disposal of hazardous materials/waste, removal of trash, rubbish, waste, basement walls, foundations, footers, contaminated water and all exterior parking areas, sidewalks, and underground utilities. See attachments for additional information. This project shall be completed in accordance with the standards and specifications provided by Camp James A. Garfield’s Department of Public Works. This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses(SDVOSB). In the event adequate SDVOSB contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Site Visit Information: Meet at CJAGMTC Building 1068 AUGUST 19, 2021 AT 1230. Potential Contractors will be escorted to each demo location. Live bid opening is September 9, 2021 1230pm at CJAGMTC. Drop bids off in front of office (8451 SR 5, BLDG 1068) on that date. Bid box will be available starting at 1100 that day. Bids will be opened at 1330 under the Solar Canopy. Bids must be in the attached bid format or bids may not be accepted.
