The Ohio Army National Guard seeks to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for POL delivery Services throughout Ohio. Three OHARNG maintenance facilities have POL storage cubes designed to store and distribute POL through a fluid distribution system to maintenance workstations. POL storage cubes are designed to be filled through an exterior delivery system which fills the cubes from the outside of the building, or by filling directly into the cube from the inside of the building. OHARNG requires a vendor to deliver POL to the locations as described in the attached PWS. This agreement to provide services, not a contract.
