OHARNG Food Service SOP I. Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2015-2020 8th Edition, Department of Health & Human Services USA and USDA 2. Project Scope: The Ohio Army National Guard is seeking meals at Camp James A. Garfield, Ohio. All meals will be well rounded and health with serving sizesconsistent with the Army Recipe card TM 10-412. The government reserves the right to exercise and purchase any or all of the additional listed options as required. The contractor will provide a cyclic menu which will include required components of a nutritionally balanced meal: A. Evening Meal minimum requirement: i. One meat entrée appropriate sauce or gravy to accompany entrée, one starch, one vegetable, a salad with choice of dressings, assorted grain items (bread and rolls), fresh fruit, assorted deserts, appropriate condiments (e.g. hot sauce), coffee, 1% or 2% milk, and other beverages but not bottled water. ii. All paper products, utensils (eating and serving), and trash bags will be provided by the vendor. B. Breakfast Meal minimum requirement: i. Eggs (scrambled or casserole/quiche), one serving of breakfast meat (sausage patties, sausage links, bacon, hash), assorted grain items (bread, biscuit, English muffin, or toast), fresh fruit, one pastry (donuts, cinnamon rolls, etc.), one potato choice, assorted cold cereal, condiments, coffee, desserts, 1% milk, and other beverages to include 100% juice products but not bottled water. ii. All paper products, utensils (eating and serving), and trash bags will be provided by the vendor. 3. Period of Performance: 6 NOV 2020- 8 NOV 2020 4. First meal will be Dinner of 6 NOV 2020 for 79 Soldiers. Consecutive meals will follow the below schedule and quantity. Contact the point of contact (POC) listed in paragraph 7. for specific delivery times (generally 6:45am and 4:45pm) 6NOV20 Dinner – 79 Soldiers 7NOV20 Breakfast – 79 Soldiers 7NOV20 Dinner – 59 Soldiers 8NOV20 Breakfast – 20 Soldiers 5. Price Quote: Provide a delivered price “per meal” for breakfast, and dinner meals. 6. Physical service locations: Readiness Center, 1440 State Route 534 SW. 7.
