Division 1 – General The Ohio Army National Guard, Directorate of Installation Management and Resources (DIMR) is seeking bids on the following products (Bill of Material Attached). The purchase and delivery of the required material listed below in the sizes and quantities specified in the scope. The bulk of the material will be delivered to a stockpile area immediately inside the SR 5 gate but additional work sites are located at various locations within the base. Drivers are responsible for providing at least 1 copy of the receipt to personnel at time of delivery. Delivery drivers must be prepared to either stockpile or drop on site as required. Drivers must be prepared to travel up to 8 miles round trip within Camp Ravenna Training Site. Roads on the route of travel inside the base have been recently paved and are in good condition. Drivers must obey the 35 MPH speed limit on post. SW – 1 Scope Supply and deliver listed material to designated drop sites within the Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center. All Quotes shall include the cost of materials per roll, delivery and fuel surcharge, if any, to the site under the conditions stated. SW – 2 Site of Work The site of the proposed work is located at Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center (CRJMTC), 8451 SR 5, Ravenna, Ohio, approximately 6 miles West of Newton Falls, Ohio located in Portage County. SW – 3 Work to be Accomplished The work to be accomplished is supply and delivery of the designated material on July 28, 2020 between the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Sizes and quantities required: SEE ATTACHED BOM LIST – TAB 1 IS COVERED MESS / TAB 3 IS GUARD TOWER Delivery drivers must be prepared to deliver all material as directed to the designated drop areas. Driver must provide a receipt to designated personnel on site for each load delivered at the time of delivery. SW – 4 Site Visitation and Point of Contact Visits, if necessary, shall be arranged through the Contracting Officer, or representative, at 614-336-7210. SW – 5 Point of Contact Questions concerning the specification should be directed to the Contracting Officer, or representative, at 614-336-7210, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. SW – 6 Performances Submittal of a bid by a Contractor shall be accepted as prime facie evidence that the Contractor has examined the Specifications and the Job Site, as necessary and has satisfied himself as to the nature and location of the work and all matters which can in any way affect the work or cost thereof, under the contract. Any failure of the Contractor to acquaint himself with all available information, including physical survey of the proposed work, will not relieve him from successfully performing all work to be done for a complete and successful job. The above brief outline of principle features of work in no way limits the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor and materials, required by the Specifications referred herein. Any omission form the Specification or misdescriptions thereof shall not relieve the Contractor from performing all work required, and furnishing the materials required to completely fulfill the intent of the Contract.
