Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business will not be considered for award. Solicitation Number W91364-20-R-0007 is being issued as a RFP. The Ohio Army National Guard has a requirement for an Engineer Technician services at Camp James A Garfield Ravenna, Ohio. This contract will have a base year and a 4 Year Option periods. It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory past performance, capabilities, and reasonable price. Failure to submit sufficient information for may result in the rejection of your proposal. An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)), of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR): The contractor shall report ALL contract labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract at the Army collection site.
