RFQ W91364-20-Q-0017 The Ohio Army National Guard has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for medical laboratory testing services in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached PWS. It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory past performance, price reasonableness, and the ability to provide services at one location. Failure to submit sufficient information for evaluation, may result in the rejection of your proposal. Please complete the price list begining on page 2 of the PWS. If you are not registered in SAM, an award cannot be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Repsonses are due by 4:00 PM, EDT, 20 March 2020. Proposals should be input into the beta.sam.gov. You may also email your proposals to paul.s.robinson6.civ@mail.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Responses to this announcement must be complete and include signed SF 1449. Please be sure to acknowledgement any amendments. Offerors are encouraged to check the beta.sam.gov site often for changes and/or amenements to this RFQ. Questions are due no later than 12 PM EST 16 March 2020.
