The contractor shall provide personnel managers, Area Command and Incident Command Role Players, and acting coaches. Personnel assigned to this task shall possess the skills and expertise necessary to perform assigned tasks associated with this order. In an effort to provide conditions wherein participants are challenged with probable real world situations. Region V HRF uses moulaged role players to simulate the applicable conditions. The use of role players is required to support regional training and exercises to enhance domestic contingency preparedness exercises and evaluations of CBRN enhanced Response Force Packages (CERFP), Homeland Response Force (HRF), and other National Guard CBRN response capabilities. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all items and services necessary to provide a vital realistic training environment to Region V HRF as defined in the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.
