This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for which proposals are being requested. This solicitation W91364-19-R-0019 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses (Ability One affiliated non-profit are exempt from this restriction, and are authorized to submit quotes). The NAICS code that applies is 722310 and business size is $38.5 Million. This action will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition, after exclusion of sources. Requirement is for the performance of KP Services including but not limited to: cleaning facilities, equipment, and utensils, handling supplies and equipment, maintaining quality control of contractor provided services, and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to ensure continued service.. See Attachment 2 - KP Contract PWS for details. Prospective bidders shall provide an itemized quote which provide sufficient detail to determine technical acceptability. Please include all applicable charges, and SAM data. Performance of services will occur at: 1947 Harrington Memorial Rd, Mansfield, Ohio 44903. The following shall be used to evaluate offers: Award will be made to the responsible firm with the lowest price that is determined to be technically acceptable.
