The meals will need to be provided from the 15th to the 30th of July, 2019. The meals will need to be delivered and served at the 1-147th RTI. 3990 E. Broad St. Bldg. 1, Columbus, OH 43213 (DSCC). Please see the attached scope of work for the exact requirements. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $7,500,000. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)). Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Proposals are due by 12:00am 12 July 9, 2019 EST. You may submit your RFQ's through the Government Port of Entry at https://www.fbo.gov.
