Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, inspections and testing in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, Requirements, and Specifications described within this proposal necessary to ensure that the specified demolition of the base bid Building 1060 Recreation Center. Alternate Options include Building 1038 Personnel Office, TTB Building AB 156, Depot Admin Area Buildings U0007 and U0008, Area 3 Buildings BB408, BB411, BB412, and BC417, and Area 8 Building 62-834. Antiterrorism Measures are to be included in accordance with the DOD Minimum Antiterrorism for building standards.
