This requirement is for non-personal commercial services to provide the National Guard Bureau (NGB) with transportation services in the form of scheduled personnel bus transit service via multi-seat motorized vehicles between the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), Crystal City, and the Pentagon. The purpose of this service is to provide daily transportation for NGB personnel. The staff at TARC may be called upon during the day to attend a meeting at the Pentagon or Crystal City (or vice versa). For these services, the contractor shall operate between the hours of 05:15 - 19:10 on Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings.
