Premier Audio Visual POC - Rick Siepak - rsiepak@premieraudiovisual.com (708) 724-7536 Times required for Audio/Visual: Monday, 15 April 2024: Set-up Start at 0900 Tuesday, 16 April 2024: 0700-1630 Wednesday, 17 April 2024: 0745- 1200 & 1600-1630 Thursday, 18 April 2024: 0800-1200 & Take-down starts at 1300 ***** The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) now issues a combined Synopsis/Solicitation requirement for audio visual services to be used within the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa 101 Montelago Blvd., Henderson, NV 89011. Any interested party that believes they can meet our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement along with final pricing per the attached solicitation. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 532490 and a period of performance of 15-18 April 2024. 15 April 2024 will be utilized for set-up and the conference will be held on 16-18 April 2024. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. Offers will not be accepted from any third-party agencies. All responsible and responsive offers received before the closing date and time will be considered. Background: The Government requires audio-visual services in the large ballroom of the conference facility to display the speaker's information and provide ample sound for the conference. These services are necessary to ensure all those participating receive the information from any point in the large ballroom. During this offsite event, the attached requirements show the AV equipment the Government has identified a requirement to ensure this conference succeeds. See attached Statement of Need. Conference Location: The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, 101 Montelago Blvd, Henderson NV 89011 All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: 1. Full Company Name and Address; 2. DUNS Number and SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI); 3. CAGE Code; 4. TAX ID# (aka "EIN" or "TIN" #); 5. Business Size ("Small" or "Other Than Small"... must be stated in your reply); 6. The NAICS Code(s) your company uses to identify its business size; 7. Company POC, Email, Phone#; 8. Proof (no exceptions) - - Capability Statement that shows your ability/ capability to meet our requirement, and approval from the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa allowing you as an authorized vendor to operate Audio Visual services at the venue; 9. Compliance with the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa’s Insurance Requirements – a certificate of insurance is to be provided to the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa and maintained throughout the relationship for $1,000,000.00 listing the Westin Lake Las Vegas as Additional Insured; and 10. Complete the attached Vendor Indemnification and Agreement and provide a copy to the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa. 11. The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa’s preferred vendor for Audio Visual, Premier AV, has exclusive rights to power, rigging, and internet. Fees for power, rigging, and internet shall be included in offerors’ quotes. See the attached Westin AV Outside Vendor Policy from the Westin and quotes for Internet and Power from Premier AV.
