1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W9133L-23-R-3007. 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective 30 Dec 2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 1/31/23 (effective 31 January 2023) editions. NGB AQ-C has a requirement for a contractor to provide a firm-fixed price contract for Venue space and Audio Visual equipment in accordance with the attached statement of need for a conference in the National Capital Region (NCR). Location must be within 10 miles of Crystal City area in Washington, DC. Please refer to the Purchase Description in the attached solicitation. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110 and a period of performance of 15-MAY-2023 through 18-MAY-2023. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: 1. Full Company Name and Address; 2.
