The purpose of this effort is to certify ANG Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and strategic educators to deliver diversity and inclusion training/education that enhances team performance and mission readiness. Temperament Intelligence (TI) certification course encompass 4 Lenses and Deployment Readiness into one certification program. This 3-day certification program is an off-the-shelf training course that provides HRAs an efficient and economical method to deliver an instructional design architecture of diversity training at all levels of the organization. TI certification training course integrates the use of a proven personality assessment that incorporates 4 distinct colors (Gold, Blue, Green, and Orange) to provide HRAs a solid foundation in understanding the innate and potential talents of self and individuals. TI certification enables HRAs to refine facilitation skills, while gaining a comprehensive look at the unique temperaments within their organization and to confidently provide advisement to senior leadership on diversity related topics that affects mission and personnel readiness.
