8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This requirement is for non-personal Domestic Operations Support services, providing technical subject matter expert and program management support to the National Guard Bureau's J-3/4/7 Directorate. The contractor must have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, may be subject to involuntary recall, and may be required to travel. The estimated period of performance is five years, commencing in May 2026. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Price with Cost Reimbursement CLINs for Travel. Services will be performed in support of the National Guard Bureau's J-3/4/7 Operations Directorate.
