The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Operational Alignment Communications Cyber-power Symposium (OACCS) Conference Support Services from Sunday, July 20, 2025 until Thursday, July 24, 2025, from Sunday, July 19, 2026 until Thursday, July 23, 2026, from Sunday, July 18, 2027 until Thursday, July 22, 2027, from Sunday, July 16, 2028 until Thursday, 20 July 2028 and from Sunday, July 15, 2029 until Thursday, July 19, 2025 at a site that allows maximum participation of personnel from Goldwater ANG Base, Phoenix AZ, and provides the most cost-effective way, such as lower per diem rates to host non-local attendees as defined in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide services including administration and shall prepare a (No Cost) technical approach that will plan, organize, market and execute the Conference. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain non-personal services to provide Operational Alignment Communications Cyber-power Symposium (OACCS) Conference Support Services for the National Guard Bureau (NGB) A6 office.
