The Army National Guard (ARNG) has a requirement for non-personal, technical Paramedic training services in support of the ARNG Soldiers of the 54 states, territories and District of Columbia to fulfill the requirements of the U.S Army Critical Care Flight Paramedic Program, Army Medical Department Center and School, and the U.S. Army Medical Command. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested. Please see the nine (9) attachments. This is an unrestricted full and open competition. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ATTACH THE VENDOR Q&A. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT ON 10/7/2020 IS TO CHANGE THE CLOSE DATE TO 11/2/2020 AT 9:00 EST. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT ON 10/29/2020 is to ask offerors to include a separate price for retests in their price volume (e.g., Retests are $150 per student.) Do not include the retest pricing in the price total.
