The scope of this requirement is to provide the National Guard Bureau access to comprehensive database, system of federal legislative information and include the ability to track legislation and social media, analytics on legislators, contact information for legislative staff, and outreach tools to log meetings with legislators. The Subscription shall consist of baseline data, derived analytics, official contact information, and custom contacts database. The Subscription shall enable customized functionality, capability to create, store, display, and download reports. The subscription supports ten users per year plus one option year as well as the customization of the data to National Guard (NG) requirements. (Base + 1 Option Year)
