This is a Sources Sought only - no questions about this requirement will be entertained. If you are interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement in the future (within the current FY), please send a capability statement to the POC in this posting. The Army National Guard (ARNG) G-3 Aviation and Safety Division requires continued support in managing the ARNG Aviation Force Generation process and the significant transitions associated with the Army-directed Aviation Restructure Initiative (ARI), National Commission on the Future of the Army (NCFA), Holistic Aviation Assessment Task Force (HAATF) Operational Planning Teams (OPT) and the institutional implementation of the Sustainable Readiness Model (SRM). The ARNG Aviation Enterprise remains decisively engaged in Overseas Contingency Operations and Homeland Defense / Homeland Security (HLD/S) tasks. ARNG-AV must begin to implement ARI actions, in order to meet DA directives, while ensuring the ARNG Aviation force remains trained and ready as an operational reserve. The Army and the ARNG must program and synchronize the resourcing, manning, organizing, training, equipping, readiness, and mobilization domains for over 200 ARNG Aviation units and detachments, under the current ARFORGEN umbrella strategy and as ARNG-AV transitions, implements and sustains during the SRM. Execution of force structure changes, force modernization, mobilizations and readiness analysis must be precisely planned and communicated throughout the ARNG Aviation Enterprise to ensure success in a fiscally constrained and evolving environment. with the Army-directed Aviation Restructure Initiative (ARI), National Commission on the Future of the Army (NCFA), Holistic Aviation Assessment Task Force (HAATF) Operational Planning Teams (OPT) and the institutional implementation of the Sustainable Readiness Model (SRM).
