The Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) requries a fast-scanning mirror for integration into a high-altitude airborne lidar sensor. The mirror will be operated in an extreme envioronment, and must be able to operate successfully within the environmental constraints and performance requirements as described in Table 1 in the Description of Requirements (DOR). These performance requirements are derived from modeling of the atmospheric conditions that will be encountered by the device.
