The Geospatial Research laboratory needs an optical spectrum analyzer to be used in the experimental setup as part of ELS3D project. The GRL must procure this spectrum analyzer so the team at GRL can characterize laser beams in the photonics lab. Those lasers will be used as a component in the development of a high altitude lidar system. The spectrum analyzer will also be utilized in future 6.1 projects to measure the spectrum of gas particles, which means the resolution must be fine enough to do material characterization of the gas. The optical spectrum analyzer’s performance needs to meet certain specifications provided in the table below. System Requirements (Table 1): Table 1, entitled "System Requirements," provides the key specifications we seek to satisfy. Selection Process: Technical experts at GRL will review each quote offered to GRL in response to this solicitation. To be considered, your quote must show that your product will meet and deliver all the specifications in Table 1. The vendor is requested to provide clear quotes showing that their products meet all the listed requirements to ensure the technical experts see that an offered product will meet all the required standards. Quotes that are ambiguous or are missing required information may be disqualified. Selection will be based on the lowest price, which is technically acceptable. Table 1.
