This amendment is to update the description of requirements (see RFQ - mod document), upload a questions and answers document, and to extend the offer due date to August 25, 2025. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one compact, stand-alone, advanced X-ray diffraction (XRD) system that meets the specifications detailed in the attached solicitation document. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses. Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
