A modifaction to the RFQ is being uploaded in this amendment to correct the Small Business Set A side. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a combined noble metal sputter coater and carbon coater that meets the specifications detailed in the attached solicitation document. This requirement also includes on-site installation and basic operational instruction for 5-10 CERL employees. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses. Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
