Amendment 1 posted 8 August 2025 reflects ERDC-CERL re-soliciting with a revised/enhanced description of requirement. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center- Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to procure two stackable benchtop Environmental Chambers capable of controlling temperature, as well as full integration with existing ARBIN brand battery research equipment that is already in CERL inventory . Please reference the attached solicitation document for a full description of the requirement, all applicable provisions and clauses, and the evaluation criteria for offers received in response to this solicitation.
