The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center- Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to procure three-hundred thirty-three (333) glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) composite laminate specimens. These specimens will be custom fabricated with 4 separate types/thicknesses. Please reference the attached solicitation document for a full description of the requirement, all applicable provisions and clauses, and the evaluation criteria for offers received in response to this solicitation. Offers shoud specifically review Sections L & M of the attached solicitation for detail on offer submission requirements.
