The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a Heat Flow Meter and related accessories (Netzsch brand name or equal). This requirement also includes onsite installation and commissioning services for the instrument. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements of this solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, as necessary.
