The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a Scanning Electrochemical Miscroscope (SEM) that meets the specifications detailed in Section C of the attached solicitation document. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses, and the evaluation criteria for offers received in response to this solicitation. Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
