The requirement will be described on brand name or equal basis with salient characteristics given for ErgoLab (A. T. Villa), Aramis, and Regent brands. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses. Market research determined that the ErgoLab series of laboratory furniture, manufactured by A.T. Villa, meets the requirements for customized lab benches, tables, and shelving integrated with electrical outlets and lighting, and that seating options from the companies Aramis and Regent are desirable. However, it is noted that there are multiple brands/models that could fulfill the requirements for all of the items so the procurement as a whole is being solicited as brand name or equal. Offers should include a detailed technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.
