AMENDMENT 0001 Update: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS) based on fielded questions received during the initial solicitation period. Reference the amendment with revised PWS; and the questions and Government responses within the attachment section. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to allow the Government time to address questions received during the open solicitation period. A formal amendment will be posted expeditiously at the conclusion of the Government's effort in responding to each question.
