This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a soil calibration chamber. The equipment purchased must be compatible with the description of requirements in the attached solicitation document. Please reference the attached written solicitation document for full details of the requirement as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed above to the email address below. The deadline for any questions regarding this solicitation is noon CST on 1 September 2023 to allow time for them to be answered before the solicitaiton closing date.
