This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T23Q0030 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The size standard is 500 Employees. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) requires the procurement and installation of an electromechanical material testing load frame system with accessories including load cells, wedge grips, flexural test figures, and extensometers.
