This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be set aside for small business concerns. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one PANDA brand name or equal instrumented dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP). This is not a brand name specific requirement, but the equipment purchased must be compatible with the PANDA brand dynamic cone penetrometer.
