This notice is for a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) in support of the Installations of the Future program. The Engineer Research and Development Center, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) supports the full R&D lifecycle from basic research through Army implementation and subsequent support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of products arising from R&D investments. The ERDC-CERL often functions as the project execution arm of the Installations of the Future program, administered by the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Strategic Integration. This program is focused on many different aspects of installation modernization, specifically following the Army Installations Strategy lines of effort: take care of people, strengthen readiness and resilience, modernize and innovate, and promote stewardship. All solutions shall be submitted via the ERDCWERX platform. Solutions for the general areas of interest will be accepted on an open continuous basis, beginning 4 August 2022 and ending 1700CST 3 August 2023. Solutions for Individual Program Requirements shall be submitted by the respective deadlines specified on the corresponding posting.
