This posting also updates the Questions & Answers document that answers all questions received to this point. The solicitation closing date has been extended through 8 March 2022 *** **Posting Amendment 1 adds an amended RFP that clarifies language in Section C, Section L, and Attachment 2 to address interested vendor questions received between the dates of 3 February 2022 and 15 February 2022. This posting also adds a Questions & Answers document that answers all questions received to this point.** This is an official Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation for a MATOC IDIQ contract utilizing full and open competition, but with one vendor slot set aside as a small business reserve. The solicitation number is W9132T22R0003. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690 – Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The size standard is $16,500,000.00. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure retro-commissioning (RCx) and building control systems technical support as detailed in the Performance Work Statement in Section C of the attached RFP, and seeks to establish a MATOC IDIQ with contracts that have a five (5) year ordering period. Please reference the attached written RFP for offer submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and all applicable provisions and clauses.
