Posting amendment 2 updates Section C, Performance Work Statement, revises Attachment 2 - Sq Ft Distribution, and adds Attachments 4-9 with additional site drawings. The response date for offers has been extended to 20 January 2022 at 11:59AM CST. Posting amendment 1 extends the offer due date and adds a Q&A Document that addresses vendor questions received since the initial posting. Additionally, as indicated in the attached Q&A, a site visit has been scheduled as follows: We will offer a site visit at 10:00AM CST on 05 January 2022 to accommodate vendors. (1) Interested Offerors may inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors who are interested in this solicitation and would like to inspect the site prior to submitting an offer but are unable to attend this scheduled visit should notify CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil by 29 December 2021 and we will attempt to accommodate an alternative option. It if noted that attendance at a site visit is NOT mandatory in order to provide an offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T22Q0005 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services. The size standard is $12,000,000.00. This acquisition is set-aside for small business consideration. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure pest control services to include insects and rodents as detailed in the Performance Work Statement in Section C of the attached RFQ. This requirement will include a base year and four (4) option years. Please reference the attached written RFQ for pricing instructions and all applicable provisions and clauses.
