This second amendment is to upload another question and answer document (QA(2)). This amendment is to upload a question and answer document and to extend the offer due date to COB, 2 September 2021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0061 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) Hazardous Algal Bloom Interception, Treatment, and Transformation System (HABITATS) research program has a requirement for an Ozonator and Oxygen Generator. Please reference the attached RFQ for full detail of the requirement as well as all applicable provisions and clauses.
