This amendment is to update the description of requirement based on the vendor questions received (see B08.03 RFQ(R) and QA.doc) and to extend the offer due date to July 8, 2021. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0044 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for a load frame that supports ASTM D2166 standard and an automated concrete compression machine that supports ASTM C39, C78, C293, C469, C496, C1019, C109, C140. Units should have built in data recording and screen for real-time data collection. Please reference the attached RFQ for full detail of the requirement as well as all applicable provisions and clauses.
