This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0029 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one (1) vector network analyzer (Keysight Brand Name or Equal (BNOE) - model #8722ES S-parameter). THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please reference the attached RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
