This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0006 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL), Robotics for Engineer Operations (REO) Research Program has a requirement for 63 safety bollards for the REO lab space. Please reference the attached RFQ document for full details of the requirement and for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed above to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. * Note: As stated in Section M of the attached RFQ, award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror that has an active SAM registration with BOTH FAR and DFARS representations and certifications completed on the date this solicitation closes. Failure to have an active SAM registration with BOTH FAR and DFARS reps and certs complete on the date this solicitation closes will result in a determination of non-responsibility and award will be made to the next lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
