This amendment is to extend the offer due date to March 23, 2020 and to upload a second question and answer document. A modifaction to the RFQ and a question and answer document is being uploaded in this amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T20R0003 and is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory(CERL) has a requirement for materials and equipment, as well as labor to install a modular cleanroom located at ERDC CERL, Champaign, IL. The objective is to create a controlled environment for researchers and scientists to perform experiments and fabrication of micro/nano structured devices under high levels of cleanliness.? THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please reference the attached RFP for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than March 23, 2020 at 11:59 AM, Central Standard Time (CST), to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. * Note: Offerors are required to have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, with no active exclusions, and with BOTH FAR AND DFARS representations and certifications completed AT THE TIME THIS SOLICITATION CLOSES in order to be considered for this contract award. *Note: There will be a site visit that interested offerors are highly encouraged to attend. Please see Section L of the attached RFP for details. The questions and answers from this inspection will be recorded and posted to this announcement for any interested offerors not able to attend.
