This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T20Q0071 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). *** Note: All offers submitted must include the information detailed in the Section L instructions of the attached solicitation in order to be determined technically acceptable.*** The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for the procurement of ten (10) 13” x 25” fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite laminates, ten (10) 25” x 25” FRP composite laminates, and twenty-five (25) FRP composite sandwich panels for the implementation of FRP composites in Navigation structures. The laminates and panels will be custom built to the government specified dimensions using a vacuum infusion process. THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please reference the attached RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than July 31, 2020 at 11:59 AM, Central Standard Time (CST), to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted.
