This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9132T20Q0037 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory(CERL) has a requirement for two equipment hauler trailers with a 40,000 lb load capacity, Fleetneck FMAX216 Brand Name or Equal (BNOE). THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please reference the attached RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
