MAJOR REQUIREMENTS: In order to complete the work the Contractor shall complete the following tasks consistent with the level of quality indicated in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) below: a. Task 1: The contractor shall conduct site tours and accomplish a detailed site assessment (on Post at Fort Leonard Wood), develop a concept plan, and develop a conceptual design report creation for a multi-phase trail development concept which can be implemented in phases for up to 8 to 10 miles of trail. b. Task 2: The contractor shall conduct a stakeholder meeting (on Post at Fort Leonard Wood) to present findings and provide time for concept plan review and approval by a government stakeholder group. c. Task 3: The contractor shall deliver a completed "approved" concept plan document inclusive of plan drawing/graphic noting the location of the phases and two (2) cost estimates, one (1) cost estimate for building the trail with volunteer labor and professional guidance, and one (1) cost estimate using a professional trail builder.
