This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T19Q0034 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure 3 FreeFly ALTA Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), the Alta8 Pro Model, each to come with - ALTA lithium battery flight packs and 2 sets of FreeFly MoVI Pro landing gear as required by the specifications in the attached RFQ. THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Please note the evaluation factor included in this RFQ which is as follows: Technical capability of the offeror to meet the Government's requirement as delineated in Section C of this RFQ, which includes the ability to deliver all items by 16 September 2019. Vendors must be actively registered with FAR and DFARS reports in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and have complete representations and certifications at the time of offer submission. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
