This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T19Q0023 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). The size standard is 1,000 employees. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure services for monitoring at-risk karst and aquatic species at Fort Hood, Texas as required by the Performance Work Statement in the attached RFQ.
