This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T-24-Q-0006 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) that meets the specifications located at the end of the attached RFQ document. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time above to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. An attachment documenting questions received from interested vendors and the government's answers has been posted as of 28 December 2023.
