This notice serves as a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for the following requirement: The CERL Directorate of Public Works (DPW), requires a machinery and equipment maintenance and repair services for equipment located at 2902 Newmark Drive, Champaign, Illinois 61822. The requirement is for corrective and preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, report preparation and other services for machinery and equipment which is divided into four categories: Crane Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Generator Maintenance, and Fire Pump Maintenance. This is detailed in the Requirements Documents, and the solicitation will be a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The services required under this contract include equipment maintenance and repair, proposal submission, equipment upgrade, Generator Call Service with response time of 4 hours, crane maintenance according to ITM schedules, fire pump maintenance, a detailed Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Plan, 24-hour service repairs, materials, mobile parts inventory, call-back services, after hours service, maintenance control program, quality control program, and testing of the equipment on site. USACE intends to issue this requirement under NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The current size standard for this NAICS code is $8M. No solicitation is available at this time. No phone calls are being accepted as a result of the PRE-SOLICITATION Notice.
