See attached W912MM21Q0030001 The South Dakota National GUard has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon Event in Sioux Falls, SD 6-7 November 2021. Childcare services, meeting, vendor and childcare space, audio/visual (A/V) equipment and food/beverages will be secrured by the selected offeror with oversight from the Yellow Ribbon POC. Saturday will have 235 Adults, 40 Youth and 35 Children. Sunday will have 100 Adults, 50 Youth and 50 Children. This will be a 100% total small busines set-aside and award will be Firm Fixed Price Contract. All offerors MUST have an ACTIVE SAM registration prior to submission of quotations. Solicitation will be posted within seven days of this presolicitation notice. Questions may be submitted to douglas.w.harding.mil@mail.mil no later than 1 September 2021.
