Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh Indiana and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), Butlerville Indiana, are in need of a commercial contractor to provide and service portable chemical latrines, handwash stations, and the removal of gray water material. To fulfill this requirement, the USPFO for Indiana intends to establish a single award, Indefinite delivery, Indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Firm fixed Price, 100% set aside for small business contract. The Period of Performance shall be a five year ordering period. Please see attached official solicitation and consolidated price list. It is critical that you read and fill out ADDENDUM 52.212-1 and the consolidated price list. In addition, please read ADDENDUM 52.212-2 It is also critical that you view Technical Exhibit 6a and 6b near the bottom of the solicitation. We need to rent 51 portable latrines at Camp Atterbury (CA) for 1 year and 1 hand wash sink at CA for 1 year. In addition, we need 7 portable latrines at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) for 1 year. Further, we will be renting portable units on a "à la carte / as needed" basis throughout the year. You must be registered in SAM and active in SAM. Invoicing will be through WAWF and at times, credit card. WAWF invoice must be accompanied by an excel spreadsheet that details all charges. Start date is expected to be 01 FEB 2024 This contract will encompass 2 locations approximately 1 hour drive apart, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh Indiana 46124 and Butlerville, IN 47223. At times, this can be a very demanding contract. Indiana National Guard hosts a large military exercise yearly which often requires 24 hour service at both Camp Atterbury and MUTC. This yearly exercise, however, is not guaranteed every year. It is important that you read and fully understand Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. Vendor will be evaluated yearly utilizing the CPARS website.

The period of Performance (POP) will consist of a one (1)-year base and four (4) - year option years for a total of 5 years. 1. Start date is expected to be 01 FEB 2024 2.
